That was my thought. My store has 3 GMTLs
Breakdown is GM 1 - inbound, essentials, kitchen, stat and Bullseye
Gm 2 - toys, storage, pets, seasonal, sporting goods and fulfillment
GM 3 - all process ownership. Pog, audits, price chance, RFID, etc

In my area when ETLs leave the positions are just lost and never posted to be filled. It seems ETL headcount overall is being reduced. Only positions that every store keeps for sure are GM ETL and HR ETL
Is If you’re comfortable doing so, I’d ask that TL to talk and maybe let them know how you’re feeling. If not, maybe just report it to your ETL and let them ease out the situation.
