This. I have this under the Reminders app on my iPhone. Though I was thinking about setting them up on my myDevice since I have it in my hand most of the time. Though by now it's etched into my routine, but if I'm busy and not paying attention to the time, it's nice to get alerted.

All of our TL, ETLs included will jump in and do something on the floor. The only one that doesn't is our STL who loves to micro-manage. He can very well tell you to do this and this and that, but won't lift a finger to touch a tub or flat or even a three tier. I don't think I've ever seen him...

As a high potential TL, my TL has spoken to me about sometimes my lack of recognition. I like genuine recognition, not the small things recognition unless it benefits the store or sales in anyway. You turned on your PDA this morning! GTC for you!

I always like former TM TLs. They don't forget where they came from and understand what TMs do.

Actually found out my/the ETL-LOG does this. Although I don't know how often. But apparently he's good. Our store was the first in it group to go from yellow to green on price accuracy. With recognition to the TL and pricing TMs as well.
