    That would be amazing. For us it's 1 gm etl, 3 gm tl, 1 Specialty etl and 2 tl. FB etl and 4 TLs as well as one SE etl and 2 tl. I understand the benefits of changing structure in a smaller PFresh with market and market tls on GM etl plate, but I would have just added a FB etl to the headcount...

    We still have one smaller pfresh in our area that has that setup! The other one hit their sales threshold and got bumped up to having a SS etl and style tl.

    I'm at a Super, but we're only about 42 mil last year. We have SD, ETL HR and one HRtm, ETL specialty and 2 Style TL, ETL GM and 3 GM TL, one Food Etl, MDF TL, Dry grocery TL, Produce TL, Bakery/Deli/Starbucks TL, PML, one VM. I've heard of stores with high enough volume to get 5 Style TLs.

    Mine is an old school super in a mid sized town, 42 mil last year. HRETL, GM, Specialty, Food and GE are what we have. There are 5 other Targets in the county, various 1 other super and one small enough that they just have a Specialty Sales TL, no ETL.

    Amen. Stocking stores during the day isn't the "joy" of anyone's everyday life. Pulls, salesplanners, price change, all fine and dandy. But make us all overnight flow process again, this experiment has lasted long enough.

    It's a long process for external candidates as well. As my HR etl says: Target is really slow...until it's not. Honestly they could take months to decide and then as soon as they do they could want you to report to a certain store or to business college within days.

    This us what would keep me from wanting to take that on. The weird thing is, I know for a fact that our food ETL has been in this same store for a decade, maybe more! I would consider it if I only had to move around our district, otherwise my husband has a business that can't be moved easily...
