We were told in our store if you are benched and not offered a position within a year you needed to go thru the interview process agaim, this recently happened in nearby store. In that case there was just not TL position that opened up in our area, our stores are very far away from each other.

I don't mind FATL, it is easier on most level but challenging when you do the the hours you need to get your stuff done or hire anyone (at my store I have to argue with my HRTM to get any decent applications, can't do much with a 8-4 availibility!). Once you get a good team the the depth runs...
