Sr. TLs at my store acted like ETLs. They’d be able to stay late, come in early, work past schedule and all that as long as they’d stay under 40 hours. They’d also be called to come in sometimes to cover an ETL if they had to leave early or call out, so their punches were always messed up.

Lmao, that's putting it mildly. No one, and I mean no one at my store would do that. Good idea, but when your entire closing staff is min wage, PT students who already are loaded with work, it's not gonna happen. I'll just be impressed when they hit the call buttons on time.
