I used to do 1-4-1s for whole market until recently alone. But now as we have lot of seasonal help , our etl split it between TMs and the pulls are done morning and evening . Now every morning I go in, it’s less than 700 and by store opening it becomes around 300. Then again it starts adding up...

What about the items with counts showing as ‘some’? What I’m currently doing is , when I come across one, I go ahead and take everything out and backstock again with the correct count . Is it the correct way?

I haven’t heard any guests putting music on speaker but yeah phone conversations, a lot . I also don’t like to call anyone while shopping . Shopping is kind of a therapy for me . But I don’t enjoy shopping at my own store . It’s like buy what you need and get out!

Our store seems fine with flats. We still have atleast 3 flats in market which we take to the floor. Only when there is a visit they will insist on one vehicle.

One of my friend works mostly on repacks. What she does is , take 5-6 repacks on a flat to floor and she takes one box at a time and dump everything in a smart cart/ three tier. She said it makes moving around easier and work efficiently. I work in market and we might have only 1-2 repacks...

We even got a detailed sheet too . I didn’t finish 15 boxes to be precise out of ~170 boxes . I guess it should be fine . I couldn’t stop to take even a deep breathe in between. In between I went 3 times upfront for different calls. Couple of times to get things for guests from backroom . 😰

Today we were told that 50 boxes per hour is the standard !
