    Opening vs Closing Pay?

    I was told the minimum punch correction for any work off the clock - texts, calls etc was 15 minutes. So even if you are asked to do a task that is less than 15 minutes that's what you will be paid for. Its part of why they discourage all working outside of clocked in time.

    I help inbound if/once their tl is gone for the day but I'm not responsible for any areas. I also am on the weekend rotation. Honestly we have been so fuckin busy I can barely keep up with fullfillment let alone anything else.

    We always put our newbies in OPu once they are done training because that is where we need the most help. Plus I think it keeps them moving to see the timer.     We dont get rewarded either. It kinda sucks. Our department runs so smoothly most the time so they kinda forget about us. We are top in the district but it would still be nice on those extra crazy weeks to hear "good job" or something.
