It's actually down to 4 minutes now before you are considered WPS. I am constantly having to adjust times for people that are more than 5 minutes late, it's no fun at all.

I've had a long standing theory that MOST women think it is beneath them to clean up after themselves if they make a mess. While guys have more likely had to do similar jobs in their past so they empathize with people doing a dirty job and are more willing to clean up after themselves.

They only ruled that states could not make it illegal, there is nothing that keeps individual stores from setting sales policies.
