    That's so shitty of that guest and your GSTL. I always close the last three registers around 10:30 or 10:45. I'm out of guest service by 10:55.

    I stand my ground when a guest gets pissed about not being able to do split transactions with coupons. The guest then proceeds to tell me that they'll go to another lane or self checkout. I tell them that I can't stop them but I let my GSA know right away. My GSA usually deals with them.
