Thank you, commie! Exactly what I was saying. It's not a treatment, it's an aid. Because not everyone is privileged enough to be able to afford medical care and to get on medication. So whatever helps!

??? I'm not sure you understand what's being said here. Caffeine isn't a substitute for medication. It's an aid. NTs use it to wake up and feel energized. People with adhd can use it to chill out and focus. Some NTs don't feel effects from caffeine. Some NDs don't, either. It's just brains...

Yep. At least the realization finally makes everything go "Oh. That makes sense". Bittersweet feeling lol. I drink it steadily throughout the day just to take the edge off. If I don't have it at work I get spacey and start forgetting stuff. Packed a whole order once...taped the box, added...

And, surprisingly, you're only one person with adhd. So, you can't just make blanket statements when other people's experiences don't match up with yours. Like, even googling if caffeine helps people with adhd brings up dozens of results stating there's been studies that say it does, but since...

Okay...you're kinda going a little hard there. Someone with adhd here. Didn't even know I had adhd until I was an adult so no "placebo effect" bias: caffeine does help take the edge off just enough to get stuff done. It's not an astronomical difference, but it helps calm and focus my attention...

TTOG: Me, my opu TM, and 2 drive up TMs were all forced to handle your entitled self because how dare you have to wait for your super important coffee table. So thanks for ending my crap day/ 40 hour work streak with your nonsense so I could really enjoy going into my 2 days off, I guess? And...

This sounds like a nightmare! We're also next to receiving, but truck unloads at Bay 1 and we're by Bay 3 so we don't cross work spaces. If anything I'm usually muttering about their stuff impeding on our space, not vice versa lol.

All our small boxes and supplies are low enough to grab with a step stool. So coming in to empty desks is what annoys me, and it happens regularly. And they don't toss hangers ever, or sweep, or...anything, really. So I do that in the morning. All I ask at this point is no boxes on the ground...

This was me when I first came off of LOA back when overnights were a thing for .5 seconds. I'd come in to an absolute disaster nightly and went off on everyone for their nonsense. I was gone 2 weeks. That's how long it took to to devolve into chaos. Finally my 2 left over xmas seasonals they'd...

TOTM, whoever you are. Last time I checked I was not your maid, or your parent, so why did I come in to find a disaster zone back at Ship from Store? A pallets worth of packed boxes on the ground instead of a, ya know, pallet, or flat, or Ship cart, anywhere not on the FLOOR!? Also, 2 of our...

Honestly, about where I'm at. It takes a minute minimum to walk from one side of the store to order pickup. 30 seconds to grab all the items, add another 15 to get out the door...2min goal times are a thing of the past, and I'm past caring.

We have an integrated service desk, meaning in my store the first 3 lanes are "guest service" and any and all cashiers/backups can jump on them. So, no actual guest service team members and anyone up there is doing regular checkouts on top of anything else. Front end is therefore understaffed...

TTOETL: I get that making your sole SFS/OPU person run out drive ups seemed like a good decision at the time...but maybe we should be rethinking that. For one, half the time I'm on the opposite side of the store and have to sprint my way to the hold area when the guests go *beepbeep**honkhonk*...

I came off my lunch today to 67 because no one had paid attention to it and nearly died inside. Can't even imagine how my store would handle over 100...not well, to be honest.

Oof. I have a guy who will be doing OPU and will go back up on a lane voluntarily and I'm about ready to slap him. Missed goal times, other Ship people covering for him who are busy with other things...he acts as if the front end is his domain instead of, ya know, picking orders.

TTO SETL: I was on my way out after a long day when the 2 guests at photolab asked for my help. They were very upset I didnt know anything about photo or prepaid Shipt orders, since I just work Flex. So yes I offered to get the manager to send someone over, so they could see me speaking with...

Pretty sure the rule is just dont run the baler. Nothing dangerous or technical about tossing cardboard into an open space from a foot or so away.

TTOTM who sliced through a 40lb bag of dog food with your box cutter and then proceeded to backstock it...I knocked it down and spent 10min sweeping it all up, so thanks for that.

I have so many guests get annoyed when we dont have certain home improvement and etc items...funny thing is, we are literally next door to a Home Depot.
