You can order from the new price scanners. We don’t even really use the MyCheckous anymore, they’re pretty cumbersome compared to the price scanners. They work like an iPad and have an attached card reader. Much easier. Just take the guest to a price scanner if you have the new ones.

I think the ETL/TL is correct. TM’s should definitely be punished if they’re caught swearing infront of guests, but an immediate term sounds way too extreme. It’s super easy for something to slip out of your mouth. The most I could see is a CCA.

And like, you start to memorize it over time anyways. I’m regular Hardlines and I can put away almost all my reshoot without scanning stuff. Just sometimes have to scan to find like an exact towel location or something but it’s pretty easy without one still. Operator definitelt needs one more.
