    I do the same thing I always use my phone and the target app to look for either dpcis or locations for guests. I could use my zebra but the search is so selective compared to the app so it’s so much easier to find an item than a zebra. I couldn’t live without using my phone at work to help...

    The problem is a lot of TMs don't want to get yelled at for doing the right thing so if it's a reasonble price change we do it and "make it right for the guest" which is the only thing my Sr.GSTL now says... but if it's a huge difference I either get a TM to check on it or I'll run over to see...

    All I hear is "you are too young to work customer service" or "is there someone like a manager around because you won't be able to help me".. and whenever they need help it's like the simplest missed coupon or messed up return... I put them in their place :P
