    I hate it when people call the store to put things on hold... it is not my job to do your shopping for you. I've started just saying we have a large quantity in stock, so I cannot put it on hold because of limited space available for holds.

    I like it when someone is truly sincere in thanking me for helping them. Seriously, this gesture actually puts me in a better mood after the numerous annoying guests i had to deal with.

    The hand scanners at my store are awful, and when scanning IDs it takes foreverrr, i usually have to pull the trigger 20+ times. In electronics it works much better though, their scanners must get less wear and tear.

    I remember one time when I was backing up on a register a guest got all wound up because I didn't notice there was one of those coupons that they sometimes stick on products. As if it is my job to inspect the item, lady you're supposed to give the coupons to me.

    To that one team member at my store who always needs to call me over when he is helping a guest. Can you just do your job and help the guest yourself? It's gotten to the point where if I notice he's helping someone I'll turn around and go the long way to avoid him asking me for help.
