Depends on what dept you're in as well... SPOT seems to be really driving in this specialty sales mid shift availability crap. It's kinda wearing on me as a leader to an extent. Part of me loves it, part of me hates it to it's absolute core.

I have never in my 6 years working at Target heard of the schedule on the wall changing. Kronos sucks... I don't tell any of my TM's to go by Kronos.

I would just sleep on the bean bag chairs over in domestics, throw them all in the aisle and sleep. Or I would possibly just curl up in my ETL HR's office and sleep on the floor in there. Idk why, but her office is so comfortable all the time... strange
