    Archived why target cut hours

To be honest it's not going to really go up again until back-to-school. March April and May we do a little bit better but January and February are notoriously slow. I tell people every year when you're getting way more hours then you want in December that's a very good time to start saving money.

They will investigate (ask for video/pictures) but it's highly possible you will. The team lift sticker is a safety thing but also Target covering their @$$

Archived Punch Correction Submitted Day Before Term in System

Your HR person should be able to make the adjustment. I assume you're not in a state where you get paid on your termination date (like California?) If so they'll still be able to make the adjustment.

    Archived ETL Growth

BP is a lot of politics. It's not just having success but kissing enough ass and having the planets kind of align. Whenever a BP position opens in my district it's WW3.

    Archived Am I being fired???

It depends, some people earn latitude on no call no show. If the OP is seasonal I have a feeling they may be toast

Archived Still no swap shift board...

Sounds temporary, they aren't required so stores have a lot of leeway with them. The problem this time of year is sometimes people trade shifts with people who are unreliable, bad workers or going to be let go and some leaders would rather just say no swaps then try to actually manage their...

Archived 64 hours to 4 hours...are they trying to tell me something??

Your store leadership is trying to be green on OT at the expense of using efficiency. I was at a store that gave OT like candy knowing our best workers needed the money and would get the job done. I've always felt that's the way to go.

    Archived Spot Minimum Wage Increase

It's all area dependent. Some stores are already at 15 bucks an hour. All this means is that 12 is becoming the company wide minimum

If you have enough average hours yes there is a vision benefit. The amountnof coverage actually went up this year but not the cost so I would hope you would have taken advantage of it.

    Archived Open Enrollment

Some people would only sign up because they were sick or needed it. Having it once a year causes people to sign up regardless if they need it or not. Healthy people paying for insurance they don't end up needing is how insurance companies balance their books. As mentioned above birth of a...

    Archived Hours ever coming back?

Yeah Starbucks hours should be consistent. I have a feeling it's due to them "eliminating the PA position" while still having you guys do the duties. We used to give our PAs 32 hours a week like a team lead. Now they are lucky if they get 24
