My store hasn't said anything on the pay grades 35 and TL. Has anybody been told anything about this? Were these new pay grades were supposed to happen this month as well? We only had a huddle where they told us that everybody was going to be $11, but that was it. I'm Beauty TM BTW.

When will these pay grades go into effect? October 1st? And how much will it be? I've been officially in Beauty for like close to a month (and yes I kind of know somewhat about makeup, and been selling good apparently from what TL said)
