    We cap at 80 hours in my stare but we only accrue 40 per year I think. Maybe it's a state thing but if you have the hours you should be able to use them to replace your shift

    Well if someone's availability is past 10 then why not. We do it at my store and it helps get a lot of the little things done so it's not left in the morning.

    Yes during annual review. Based on payroll and sales. 500 for payroll 500 for sales and 500 if sales comp 10% or something of that nature. 1500 max. I don't remember the exact details.

    I understand your concerns but that's just not how it works, you signed up for that area when you applied to target. If you want to be excluded from an area there would have to be a medical reasoning for doing so.

    Same boat here lots of moving parts and most tms didn't get a review. I barely got mine as I basically forced my covering etl to just give it to me lol. You should of seen your pay increase on you last paycheck. Just look at that and compare it to what you were before.

    Probably true in some stores my recommendations were never even asked of me this year. What makes it worse is my etl came to our store in December and my SD came in February where we had a covering SD since November. You would think they would want our opinions.

    Your etl is gaslighting you into thinking they aren't the ones who choose who gets what, along with the store director, and that being happy that you got 2% because others got less. Don't take it out on your new TL they have absolutely no say in what you got for a raise.

    Same I'm glad I got my house when I did. Bought it from my family so I got a good discount and got a very good fixed rate. No chance I'm buying a house otherwise.
