I've gotten a 2% raise the past 3 times (I think) they've raised the minimum at my store. About time. Enough people, including me, must have complained loudly enough.
How were they able to keep their pay after demoting? I lost $4/hour after demoting. I've since gotten very good reviews so I have more than made that up.
The $3 is from when we used to be overnight. I don't think everyone gets it. Just those of us who used to be overnight. But I could be wrong. Plus the overnight differential varies from store to store. I've heard some stores only get 50 cents.
I was told DEO and my boss told me how much he appreciates me. He also shows his appreciation throughout the year. I'm blessed to have him. I know many are not so lucky.
Yes. I did ask the attorney how much it would've cost without the legal plan. He said between $2000-$3000. Ours cost $1500. Even with the premiums (I think it was around $250 for the year), I saved quite a bit of money.
