    Archived New Paygrades

I see them eventually eliminating APS and ETL AP from most stores. It will be APTL at most stores, with some getting TPS based on volume.

Maybe not TL pay. But for the results expected they deserve something better than some of the other positions in that group. They aren't even eligible for job differential.

    Archived New Paygrades

They essentially eliminated the SR APS position. It's now grouped in with regular APS. Same thing with SR TPS. Looks like I now have incentive to go for APTL though. In my opinion TPS, even with the restricted roles, should be PG 40. To group them in with electronics and food avenue TMs is a...

    Archived TM discount question

With the profit margin so low on some items I'm surprised Target doesn't exclude some of those items from the discount. There are products in the store that make very little profit or actually are sold at a small loss (Tide is one of these products) just to draw people in to the store to buy...

    Store Paygrades

TPS is $1.00 over base. So 50 cents above N07. And my SR TPS promotion was a $2.25 raise over what I was already making as TPS. So in my district it was $3.25 over base.

    Archived Questions about Annual Review

Caps went up this year with the base increase. Thus people who were previously capped out would now be able to get raises again. This of course wouldn't affect some people that are well above the cap before and still are above the new cap. Those people would still get raises with EX and O reviews.

^ For me TPS was $1.00 above base. When I got SR TPS I got a $2.25 raise, which put me $3.25 above base. APS promotion gave me another $1.00 raise, so $4.25 above base. SR APS recently was another $1.00 raise so $5.25 above base. No idea if this was more specific to my area though.

Archived 2016 Pay Grades; has there been any changes?

I guess it's better than nothing, since my job won't change at all. But it wouldn't have gave me much incentive to promote to APTL for only .75 more.

Archived 2016 Pay Grades; has there been any changes?

APS is PG13. SR APS is PG15, same as APTL. See above.

Archived 2016 Pay Grades; has there been any changes?

Any idea what the increase from PG13 to PG15 is? I'm currently a PG13 as APS but my ETL was talking about me getting pushed to PG15 as a SR APS pretty soon.

    Archived "Tuition Reimbursement Program"?

All TLs should qualify. I know APS gets it as I receive it. However all classes do not qualify as it has to be something that would be benefit Target. For me my criminal justice classes qualify as they beneift AP. Some of my other (required) classes like literature and art do not qualify. I know...

    Archived "Tuition Reimbursement Program"?

The program is only for TLs and up. TMs don't qualify.

    Archived Full time TPS?

As far as benefits your full time with 30/week average. Doesn't mean your guaranteed 40 hours. Your ETL could decide (albeit a shitty move) to hire another TPS and split the hours between the two of you. Nobody is full time really besides TLs. If your consistently getting 40 hours and get the...

    Archived Allocating TGT 401(k)

I'm no stock expert..... But seeing how the Target stock is dropping more than rising I would steer clear of putting more than 10% in it right now. Putting in 5% is a good idea if you can afford it since Target matches up to that amount.

    Archived ehr website

Logout page I've had no trouble accessing EHR from my mobile device using this link. Sometimes when you log in it's buggy and you have to refresh the page a few times. EDIT: When I tried this link from a desktop computer I was unable to view pay stubs. But on a mobile device I can.

To my knowledge PMT paygrade is actually R07. But the pay is comparable to senior team leader.

    Archived AP-TL Paygrade 17

Except contracting it out would probably cost more money. Target Pharmacy was losing money, that's why it was sold. AP, what little is left, is there to protect the company assets. If they wanted to save money they would just cut more positions, not sell it off to another company to manage.
