    I think 4 is as little as they're supposed to schedule, although that definitely changes in cases where the TM has limited/very limited availability or has any days requested off during their availability. I'm not sure where that line is drawn, but it is unusual for someone with weekend...

    Have you been with the company less than 90 days? If not, you'd have to be fired outright.

    I got off for all of Thanksgiving weekend, so it's definitely possible. However, I talked to my ETL-HR over a month ago, and you need to talk to him/her ASAP. You do have a pretty good reason, so you might... just don't count in it.

    Store Paygrades

    I think Service Desk should be N05, and GSA should be N09. I understand that both of these positions are stepping stones in many cases, but I've never understood why GSA is the same paygrade as electronics and Starbucks (and Service Desk is the same as Cart Attendant).
