    I can assure you my store doesn't have 34 "top performing" team members. Most team members selected were average/reliable team members. Anyone with attendance issues we passed on no matter how good they are when they are there.

    In September top performing team members from every store will be awarded a mid year bonus. We were able to select approx 34 team members from my store. Hopefully that will let those paticular team members know how much their leadership team appreciates/values them.

    I would mention to your etl/tl that cab shifts are getting quite repeatitive, and you would appreciate them switching it up once and a while. Maybe you couldcswap a shift here and there with your peers to change it up as well.

    Availability

    First I would make sure your availability request was approved, if a leader doesn't check in time it will get auto-denied. Make sure its been at least 2 schedules, thats how long it takes to go through. You need to talk to your ETL, so they are aware of the issues with your schedule.

    It is also the week leading up to easter which is typically extremely busy, which is why you were most likely scheduled over. Stores just received a decent chunk of flrx psyroll due to the stim checks. Once April payroll hits your hours will decrease.
