    I personally have never heard of a team lead having a second job. We have had some who attended college and that schedule was worked arson’s.

    The only ones who can see your shift are the ones who aren’t going to go into overtime taking your shift. I get 34-40 hours a week so, I never see anyone’s posted shifts.     When I first started all I did was closing shifts and weekends. At my store that’s how most people start off. If you want some weekends off I suggest requesting some off.

    When you go around tellling anyone and everyone that you’re leaving Target for better opportunities it gives the impression that you don’t care about your job or Target. Why should leaders care about you and give you a good raise if you don’t care.

    If there are 2 employees at the exact same performance level but, only one can get the best raise then I would give it to the one who isn’t leaving. You leaving does play a part of it.

    It is possible what happygoth said they can only give out a certain number of the highest raises. They know you are leaving so why not give the higher raise to someone else.

    You can forever get the highest rating but, not forever get the money that goes along with it. I’m not sure what the cap is. 13 years and I’ve never come close.

    13 years and I got 31 cents last year. More than once I got 8 cents.

    Target's Not Ready for Easter.

    Team leaders at my store calling all day on walkie for anyone flex trained to hop in flex. I work drive up we are not doing much better. We’ve been calling for help a lot this week. I’m dreading working Saturday.
