Thanks! I've been a full time TPS for almost 3 years so if I'm not someone will have some explaining to do.

Is there a set time when I should start getting paperwork for my maternity leave or wait until my OB asks for it? I'm down to under 100 days before baby boy's due date. My ETL-HR isn't the most approachable person so I want to make sure when I do talk to her it's not a waste of my time.
