I don't know. I refuse to work electronics because the repetitive noises would drive me insane. I do know specialist work centers do get paid more than their counterparts. For example, I got a pay raise when I went from flow to PA.

I got my first review a couple of weeks back. Mostly excellent and no outstandings. I feel it went well and I got a 42 cent raise too. Striving for those outstandings on my next review.
