When I was checking to see if my closure pay was added on my check (which it wasn’t,) I couldn’t help but notice there was a section of my time off that has never ever accrued before that all of a sudden did. Emergency Time Off? WTF is that? Anyone have insight?

I don’t think it does. The way they word it in their FAQ, they only allow a certain amount to be withdrawn - and they take in to consideration taxes and payroll deductions.

This actually is a nice benefit, and with On Demand TMs it is a really useful benefit because now you can grab a shift and grab (at least some) of the cash within a day or two of working.

When you move/transfer they don’t take pay from you unless you demote. Additionally, if you move from a low cost of living area to a higher one, if you wage is less than their minimum, you get bumped up to that minimum.
