That'll suck. I enjoy being ODTM. I was wondering what might be the reason for the reduction, especially with regular TMs scrambling for every shift they can get.

I think so. If you look in jobs on workbench there are a ton of stores looking for ODTM, which I assume means they want ODTM transfers. But ..... I could realistically be very very wrong.

Did you do them at home and do punch corrections later? When I did the ODTM trainings (after being GM for 4+ years) it was on-boarding for new TMs and each one took for fucking ever. I refused to do the 3+ hour cashier one because a) 3+ hours b) i hate cashiering c) that's just stupid...
