STL or BP can vary hard... I knew an intern that went from EIT to ETLHR to STL in about 2 years total (not including intern)
My old STL took almost 2 years too after SRTL + ETL
What i've seen is ETL-LOG get promoted the most chances to STL.
If your switching from fitting room to soft lines, just talk to your TL.
If your switching from softlines to hardines, you’ll want to ask the other TL (who will ask your TL) about your attendance and overall performance.
There's been one electronics TM for a loooooong time now (3 months+) who every other electronics TM hates, all leadership dislikes. Hoping he will get out of electronics.

I wonder if it counts for massage therapy. Thank you HLM ^___^
I am wondering if anyone can confirm - if our insurance, myUHC covers massage therapy by any chance?
I am looking through the website and can't find anything that says it does.. just wondering!
Thank you.
(Not 100% sure if i'm right)
You can always work in-between part time and/or full time, depending on needs at your store. At my position (Electronics TM) and store, i can easily work one day a week or forty hours a week if i wanted too. My HR and leadership enjoy me. Everyone should occur sick...
Wow, they trained me for like less then two hours (out of a 4 hour shift, one hour was used to help flow, last hour was helped to push truck, minus another for 15)
i would of loved to build bikes for good.
hi there!
I had about 15-20 hours in vacation time and I requested some days off that were approved. My end goal was to just spend the hours and get the money out of it. The hours were "vacation" not "vacation payout"!
Will I still get paid for the days? My goal wasn't to get the days off...
Oh so I could take LOA and just pay for it?
My ETL-HR wanted me to work one day a week because when I came back from educational LOA he said it was easier just to do one day a week. If I can do that where I just pay for it.... interesting. Thank You!
