Calling out for no reason makes me a little guilty to be honest . May be I will use some if we get any bad storms this winter . Last year I was counting on that and we hardly got any major storm 🙄

I have never used my sick leaves all this time except once . I’m short of vacation hours now as I had to take a month off for emergency purpose .

I was trying to raise a time off request through myTime and while selecting that I wanted to use some accrued hours , it gives me options to choose either vacation or sick hours . I was wondering if they let us use our sick time too for vacation now (most probably not) . Does anyone know ?

Lot of college kids are going back to school . Yeah we r still hiring on the other hand .

I don’t look at the sales numbers now a days . But it’s pretty busy everyday now as it’s back to school season . I’m hoping it’s last week of august /first week of September, that’s y they further cut the hours . Let’s see the two weeks out schedule if there is any progress or not ! 🤞

I thought from September hours would go back as the seasonal TMs are leaving . But still no signs at our store ! They went down again from what I got during August and they are even announcing to not stay longer than scheduled . When will the hours go up then ??!

I get it only Friday morning or May be thursday night .

Our store is reducing hours if there is a holiday in a particular week . So if a person usually gets 40hrs , they are given only 35hrs for that week. It’s been happening for more than a year at our store .

Pfresh might get more hours as they have only limited number of TMs to work . Our store has one per freezer, produce . Dairy/deli have 1-3 TMs

Many of our long term TMs didn’t even realize their hours were cut.They don’t check their schedules as they always had a set schedule unless requested otherwise !

I talked to my etl about my hours been cut for next week which is an all time low for me . He told its just that the hours were less for that week and will try to give some more hours to make it 30+ . Let’s see .

No one told in our store about this auto gen schedule stuff . I wonder if we really did that or not . I still have same start time and end time for all days , it’s just the hours were slashed heavily 😒
