Ok, I think the problem is we are confused about exactly what job title you have. Are you just a regular sales floor TM that store leadership has told you they are going to schedule you mostly in electronics? Or are you actually filling the role that the old electronics specialists used to do?

Believe it or not, it is actually a drop in pay.... You are talking just a regular electronics TM, right? It is pay grade 3.... the same as a cashier or any other sales floor TM. The lowest pay grade.
