    Most likely, they'll offer you experience pay, but not TL pay if you're not able to step into a TL position, they just can't justify it.

    I'd agree to that end. Unless you were able to argue that TL pay was still deserved, the norm is to bump down by a couple dollars and in many cases there's some residual "experience pay" to keep you above regular TM starting pay.

    This one is a weird subject. I think best practice says 3 hours to adhere to reporting pay standards. However, that's just best practice last I looked and I'm pretty sure there's nothing in most states that prevents Spot from scheduling you for fewer than three hours at a time

    Technically true, but ASANTS. Best bet is to still call out for the shift and explain why, leads don't always communicate the way they should and things get missed.

    I fully support that decision, Spot doesn't know what they're doing with the gutted mobile payroll (or they're ignoring the warning signs). Also, if they try to roll plus mobile to high volume stores they're crazy.

    That's 100% correct, which makes it a slap in the face for any experienced TMs in the area. They never justified it to us, and I'm pretty sure electronics doesn't even get a pay bump from other areas anymore.
