I just got a call from the HR girl telling me that all this weeek all flow was going to move from 4 AM to 2:30 AM. Anybody have an idea why? All she said was because the hours at our store were back. They didn't tell me something else other than that , but I'm thinking maybe because Back to School.

@Joel has the team not been coming clean on trucks for a while? Our flow team would occasionally come in 2hrs early to get caught up when that happens.

I am sure they will move from 6am to 4am soon once BTS starts ramping up though

I wish we could move back to 4 am. We wont though, not until about a week before Black Friday. If we expect larger trucks because of BTS they'll just add one to the schedule.

Still processing but pretty much means full back stock for this uh older but not old lady smiley thing. Got my good shoes on.

I wish we had a 2:30AM unload time at my store. We're O/N with a truck every single night and the backroom team has to set the line way early for the 12AM unload, making the store look like a mess.

I know we had six this week, but they only came in an hour early cause the trucks weren't earlier.

Lol our flow team starts at 10:30PM.

10:30pm would be cool. You work at night, sleep in the morning, and have time to yourself in the afternoon and evening.

4am and 6am are great because you get up early, work all day, and then you still have plenty of time left in the day to have for yourself.

But 2:30am? That would just plain suck. You either get up crazy early or late in the evening after sleeping all day.

10:30pm would be cool. You work at night, sleep in the morning, and have time to yourself in the afternoon and evening.

I work normally 4AM usually 5-6 hour shifts and then go home sleep and have the rest of the day for myself.

Our flow team came in at 2:30 am today but it wasn't for back to school, it was for inventory prep (inventory night is tomorrow).
