Dammit, my SD got promoted and is leaving

And he is a really awesome SD. I have little faith the new SD will be in the same league. He was very much not the type of manager to hang out in his office. He's always on the floor, pulling out pallets, helping TMs, fetching carts, jumping in on SFS/OPU if needed and on and on. Lots of time spent making up for TM deficiencies, TBH.

Happy for him that he got promoted. Sad for my store that he's leaving.
