Archived eHR access time

Hi, I was wondering when TMs are allowed to use the eHR kiosks. Am I allowed to come in at anytime or do I need to do it on a break or after my shift?

You can go in anytime to use it.

once I was told you could only use it when you were working since EHR is a target only computer program

EHR is available on Target workstations only but you don't have to be working to access it.
If you clocked out for the day or it's your day off, you can log on.
