Archived EHR change password button not clicking

Trying to change my EHR password with the temp. one I was given today. It gets me to the "please change your password" screen, and once I've typed all the correct information and the new passwords, the actual change password button becomes unclickable. It does this on both mobile and computer. All other buttons on the page work and the change password button works before you've entered all the info. Help?

Are you doing it at work or from home?
It ususally doesn't won't work from home.

I'm trying it from home! I won't be able to get back to work to change it in the next 24 hours though.
