i got a callback from a supertarget about a meet and greet what is a meet and greet

the meet and greet went well but the etl ge said he had to talk with the etl hr it seemed they wanted me more for cart attendant than cashier the etl didn't ask me much about weaknesses is there a main difference between a meet and greet and a job interview the etl said hr would call me back on monday doesnt target do the normal dear john email thats what i got the first time i was rejected
