I'm Lost! Flexing merchandise

How do I flex in merchandise properly? Do I need to locate it in MyWork or just stick stuff on the shelf??
This has never been explained to me.

I'm sure 95% of our store just throw it in the aisle/endcap. If were lucky, they'll throw in a label.

Do I need to tie side cap shippers? BTW - I hate shippers and will always try to push product to home location and tear down shipper.

Please yes! Ask how your store does it. At my store front sidecaps are tied to the aisle section 98 and back sidecaps are section 99.

Some of the sidecaps are now part of the salesplanners and are tied to the endcap (0). Check your endcap planograms.
