Archived Hours and minutes clock in/out box chart

Does anybody have that box chart thing that is next to the time clock machine? that one that tells you how much a minute counts? (PDF?)
 
Take the minute and multiply it by (5/3) and then divide by 100.

So for 30 minutes:
(30(5/3))/100=0.5

To go the other way:
(0.5/(5/3))100=30

EDIT: Or just do it the much easier way posted below...

or, you know, just take 1/60. That's how much a minute is as a fraction of an hour. 1 minute = 0.016666666666666666667 hours approximately.
