Hi everyone, I worked for target a couple years ago for about a year and a half. Right now I have a decent job that gives me 30 hours a week but I'd like to have another part time job. I'm currently working Mon-Fri 4:30-10:30pm

-What position should I apply for?
I was thinking with my availability backroom would be best, but don't really care where I'm put. (except softlines eww)

-Which position will pay the "most"? I remember from working there were little nuances like if you worked in meat you got more, worked in backroom you were a higher paygrade, etc.

-How do I tell which Target is which on the career portion of the website? For example, I live in Atlanta and the job openings just say "Atlanta". I don't want to drive an hour across town.

Thanks in advance for the responses, in the meantime i'll be lurking around.

Best bet is to just sign up to be a seasonal cashier or hardlines team member. Don't apply if you're expecting a lot ie good wages and flexible schedule.

I would apply at the store closest to your house, directly. Don't go for total open availibity. Depending on store needs, you might work all weekends.

Backroom, flow, plano, and pricing are all N07 but they also tend to come in pretty early, so you might not want to do that.

In order to apply at the correct store, click on a job you want to apply for, and later it will have you enter the your zip code so you can find the correct store. When I searched for Atlanta , it listed six stores in the city, and from there you can choose the couple closest to you, and also select which one you'd prefer.
