Hey guys, I have a question about doing the price audit on the my devices I think they're called PCV? I had a sales floor tm ask me to help them while i was covering the front today they said to just do the items that were checklane items. I was given a basic rundown on how to do it but im having second thoughts i think i screwed it up. I was told to scan the item in, and when asked what was wrong to just hit any option it was only for two items so i grabbed them then did that till it stopped asking me. I realized after it said we had 197 bic lighter 5 packs on the lanes. Was i supposed to only do it under the lanes with the items? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but i didnt put much thought into what i was doing honestly. if i did mess it up, how do i fix this? Thanks!
