Because of an availability change, my TL and I rarely see each other nowadays. The last time I saw him was over a month and a half ago. Do I wait until our schedules match up or can I request the ETL Salesfloor to give me my review?

You technically can, but the ETL's like to think that this is one of the few opportunities that you and your TL get to have a sit down discussion off stage.

Instead, ask your ETL if there could be a slight change in the schedule so you and your TL can have 20-30 minutes overlap.
