Sales Floor Remove a vendor

our old market source Team Member visited us today and I was venting to her about our current market source Team Member, and she mentioned that ETL’s have the ability to remove a vendor using a form.

if this is true, where can I direct my ETL? The entire store hates our marketsource TM and Emailing their DM isn’t doing a thing.
