I have notice more shrink wrapping at my store lately too.

On the other hand my store let's EVERYONE use the power equipment without certification so go figure.

No it's not. When I use Gaylord boxes for the hangers it has to be wrapped. The pallets of boxes for Flex have to wrapped before putting it in the steel. I know they are already banded and kept wrapped as they remove each layer of boxes.

No. I have seen them wrap just of few of our new plastic egg crates on a pallet.

Those go completely bad if they aren’t wrapped.

I still don't know how to use a crown/pallet stacker, but my shift leader expects me to use it everytime I do a bale.
They didn't even teach me how to a bale either... Had to look up a youtube video on my day off...
