Archived schedule help

hello everyone so today I was told by my ETL and CTL that as a p.a I need to make a schedule for my self and my two team members am I really supposed to do that ??? is there any other people who have been told to do the same? I feel like I'm just going to schedule my self to open every day and close only once or twice and just rotate weekends with my tl

I'm a PA and I've never had to write the market schedule. My CTL always does it, and when we were in between CTLs for a couple of weeks the ETL-Salesfloor/GE wrote our schedule.
