Archived TL LOA?

Hi everyone! Just wondering if there were any special rules or processes for a TL to go on personal LOA? Is there any best practice to arrange things before taking a leave?

Just partner with your ETL or another TL that might cover your area while your gone. Just to let them know where your at with things and what your teams working on and expectations. Its not necessary, but its the non-dickish thing to do 🙂
