Hey guys!

So I'm a Sr TL Hardlines for about a year now. It's going ok but lately I've noticed more issues with my set schedule I was told I was having not matching my posted schedule in my time. The latest issue is 2 random 4 am shifts appearing on my schedule that was just posted today. So my set schedule I was told is Monday /Tuesday early, Wednesday off, Thursday close and Friday rotates with weekend. This upcoming schedule I was approved by my exec to have my closing Thursday off. So I got the LOD schedule emailed to me by my STL on Monday and it confirmed I was Monday/Tuesday LOD, Wednesday off, Thursday vacation day and friday early. So today I went to check my posted myTime schedule today and as I'm doing it my etl-Log runs by and says "oh expect some 4 am shifts showing up on their". I asked what he meant and he said he had to run but would email me more details. so I look on the myTime schedule and the Tuesday im suppose to be opening LOD I'm scheduled at 4 am and my normal Wednesday off I'm scheduled at 4 am. Normally I am fairly flexible and willing to work various times but 4 am without no warning, no asking, no heads up at all seems very unreasonable. Especially considering its on a day that I'm told by target I am guaranteed off. Or the fact that the myTime schedule does not match my STL's posted LOD schedule. So now I'm confused and I don't know what to do. I don't want to seem unreasonable and unflexable but I am not very willing to be coming in at 4 am on my day off. What should I do?

Like hardlinesmaster said, talk to your STL. It sounds like HR isn't imputing the LOD schedule into mytime. Remember as a SRTL, there are no guaranteed days off, and you will work a schedule based on the business needs. Most of the time they will have you follow a set schedule, but always request days off that you need even if its your normal day off, you never know if they might need you on that day.

ALASKA 5000???

HIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

The Lod schedule at my store is changed at times due to workload and personal things that come up since it's put out a month in advance. It is never a 100% guarantee that that is what I am working. My day off changes sometimes weekly depending on my workload of pog or pricing. If my day off is going to be a huge markdown day I will work or if we have to go overnight or come in at 4am for a certain set then I change my schedule for that too. For me the schedule is basically based on workload and I work around it.
