Who owns Mini Seasonal

In my store my SD says whoever product is in mini owns the area. Who owns mini in your store? Gm, food, or Specialty?

On paper GM but I agree with whoever has the product. GM/Presentation will always set it but if it’s candy, food owns it. If it’s BTC specialty owns it or in the summer with sporting goods crap GM owns it.

I think it’s different from store to store. I’m working at a different store from where I started now because I transferred and at my other store Specialties etl owned mini. So they’d schedule someone to the area their shift. Always had hours dedicated to just that department. At the store I’m at now, our gm etl owns it. Inbound stocks it. And the closer for b block or office supplies fills and maintains it at night. It’s so different
