Same, almost all of the good team members have left at my store, I have never seen so many people quit at once! There are just a few left for now. We can't even keep new team members as most just quit or leave for jobs with better hours. Only reason I am staying is I get around mid 30s to 40...

No it just depends on the position....packing is like 16 because it is an easier job and the warehouse is around 18 starting out. Not sure about other positions but those are the main two they are usually hiring for.
