    People can get the hours they want if they are favorites of the ETL's. There isn't much you can do about it. Your best bet is going to HR and pleading your case, or find another job that will be more flexible.

    They track everyone's purchases regardless if they are an employee or not. They have a profile for everyone that shops in the store and are able to keep track by the credit cards they use and employee discounts. It's very scary stuff.

    Spot has dedicated resources to looking at any and all message boards posts about them as well as twitter and facebook. They can't stand any negative publicity. They try to figure out who each poster is and they keep tabs on everyone that posts. I know for a fact due to an issue I had at one time.
