From the situations I know of, that is not true. It sounds like you're being jerked around. The harasser must be a friend or family member of someone important which is why they haven't been fired. Get a lawyer.

That's not a Target policy. It is not your job to document your peers and is outright ridiculous that they are telling you to do that. The fact that your ETL and HR have both confronted you on this is not good and most likely means the STL is in on it too. I'd start looking for a new job because...

People can get the hours they want if they are favorites of the ETL's. There isn't much you can do about it. Your best bet is going to HR and pleading your case, or find another job that will be more flexible.

That's not surprising. I saw something a while back where there was a percentage rate used to calculate how well a section of the store was doing (I'm not going to mention the section or what the rate was used for) and the math was way wrong. Whoever it was at the top of the company had come up...

It actually is true. Maybe your district is different, or maybe you are attempting to keep Target in a positive light, but regardless I know what I'm talking about and so do many others.

You will make less as someone promoted within than someone hired outside the company, even though you most likely will do a better job. Just another way Target screws its employees.

First thing to do is delete all Team Leads, ETL's, and STL from your friends' list. Make your page private. Also, you should most likely block any team members from your page as well. Maybe they can't get enough volunteers to sign up due to the slashing of hours and the fact that people don't want to do something while not getting paid only to help Target's image.

This is just another example that Target is a company being run by morons. The attachment rate thing they are borrowing from Best Buy, which is a company that is struggling to not go out of business.

They track everyone's purchases regardless if they are an employee or not. They have a profile for everyone that shops in the store and are able to keep track by the credit cards they use and employee discounts. It's very scary stuff.

Spot has dedicated resources to looking at any and all message boards posts about them as well as twitter and facebook. They can't stand any negative publicity. They try to figure out who each poster is and they keep tabs on everyone that posts. I know for a fact due to an issue I had at one time.

That is highly illegal if true.
