    In my experience, the request to cover in Kronos isn’t used. Open shifts need to posted on your stores shift swap board. Call HR at your store & ask about it.

    I am just coming back from LOA. Getting access back to Kronos took 3 days. HR hand wrote my schedule for this week & next. My advise is to go to your store & talk to them in person.

    Can confirm Asthma is a valid reason for the paid 30 day LOA. I was approved Monday.
