Scratch this, I was looking at a different schedule than you guys. My first week of January is 5 hours. Other vet. hardlines are getting about 11. Mid. On the one day I do not have open availability. I'm assuming this is why they are now at four days late posting the schedule.

Same at my store. If it isn't signed by an LOD, you're responsible for it. Period. Once it's signed, keyed or not, it is no longer yours.

My experience as well. Yet to see anything above a TL be hired from within. Even one of our current GSTLs was hired from the outside as an intern - still in school - instead of promoting one of our GSAs.

If only this were the case. They just keep us until 2 AM and don't let us leave without zoning instead.
